ONE HOUR CLASS:
- 10 ms short meditation or pranayama exercise
- 45 ms of Power yoga practice
- 5 ms Shavasana (resting pose)
Level: All levels are more than welcome!
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASS?
- You will develop an understanding of what is yoga.
- You will become familiar with asanas (postures), alignments and Sanskrit names.
- You will advance towards variations to progress within the same sequence.
WHAT IS POWER YOGA?

It is inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, but without following a precise sequence of asanas; the positions are always different and are performed very quickly.
The energy level of the class can be increased, along with the intensity.
