Mark your calendar for Week 45! Arrive on Friday, November 15th, at 2 p.m. and depart with a renewed spirit on Sunday, November 24th, at 11 a.m. With a duration of 8 nights and 9 transformative days, you’ll bask in immersive growth from Friday afternoon to the 9th day’s Sunday.

WHAT Are the Requirements to Attend the Retreat?
Participation in at least one of the Dharma BAY. Business and Yoga With Purpose courses, either online or in-person, is a prerequisite for joining the retreat. This ensures a common foundation as you delve into deeper explorations of yoga and business during the retreat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Periods:
– Early Bird Cancellation: If you cancel 30 days before the retreat starts, a full refund is provided.
– Regular Cancellation: If you cancel within 10 days before the retreat starts, a 70% refund or credit might be offered, depending on the retreat type.
– Late Cancellation: If you cancel nine days before the retreat starts, no refund is provided.
2. Processing Fees: There are non-refundable processing fees of AUD 300 associated with cancellations. These fees cover administrative costs.
3. Credit or Transfer: Dharma BAY Retreat offers the option for participants to transfer their reservation to another retreat date or to another person within 10 days of the retreat’s start date.
4. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or government regulations that might lead to the cancellation of the retreat, this could involve rescheduling, offering credit, or providing refunds.
5. Notification Process: When you intend to cancel, you should communicate directly to [email protected].
6. Documentation: The student should seek appropriate documentary evidence to demonstrate the compassionate and compelling circumstances. This could involve the following:
A physician’s certificate signed by a licenced physician and including the physician’s contact information:
State that the student is unable to study due to a medical condition
State how long the student will be unable to study
Death certificates translated into English
Evidence of a major political upheaval or natural disaster must be within reasonable proximity to the student’s family. A police report, a psychologist’s report/letter, or a report/letter issued by a suitably competent expert must all be used as evidence of a traumatic incident.

7. Terms for No-Shows: If participants fail to attend the retreat without prior notice, if not under extreme circumstances, no refund will be given.
If under extreme and unforeseen circumstances, a 90% refund will be given.
8. Review and Modification: The cancellation policy is subject to change, and participants will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of their cancellation.
