WHERE is it?

Location: Pure-Li Yoga, Booyong Rd, Clunes

Turn off Main Street Clunes, onto Booyong Road Clunes, the entrance is the first gate on the left.  Drive in the gates and up the driveway, you’ll find room to park either on the right as you come up the driveway, or if that is full, you can veer around to the left, there are more spaces there.

Parking is available on Booyong Road right before the entrance gate on the left. Or in Clunes at the general shop. Pure-Li Yoga can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

WHEN is it?

Yoga for Beginners:

Tuesday and Thursday from 7,15 am to 8,30 am

Yoga for Intermediate:

Wednesday and Friday from 7,15 am to 8,30 am

What do you need?

  • Yoga mat

What do we provide?

  • Blocks 

  • Mats (in case you don’t have one)

Do you need to reserve your spot?

Yep, absolutely. To reserve your spot or for any other inquires

Yoga Class explained in detail:

  • 10 ms short meditation, pranayama, and dharma talk 
  • 60 ms Hatha-Vinyasa yoga practice (20 ms warm up, 18 ms standing and balancing poses, 10 ms inversions-arm balancing-backbends, 12 ms cooldown) 
  • 5 ms Shavasana (resting pose)

What to expect from the yoga class?

You will develop an understanding of what is yoga asana and philosophy.

You will become familiar with asanas (postures), including alignments, common misalignments, corrections, adjustments, benefits, contraindications, and caution of each pose.

You will advance towards variations to progress within the same sequence.

You will understand how to breathe throughout your entire practice. 

I will learn something you can bring into your self-practice.  

Levels

Beginner and intermediate

Investment explained in details

Normally a 60 ms yoga class drop-in in Bryon Bay is between $25 and $30.

Yoga with Fe offers a package of 5 weeks, 3 times a week for two reasons. The first one is to give you a full immersion in yoga and an A to Z transformation journey. 

The second one is to make it affordable. In fact, when you buy the package you will have 20 % off on the price.

$25 x 3 yoga classes (weekly) x 5 weeks = $375 – 20% = 300

So you basically pay $20 only for one yoga class

Don’t let the money affect your yoga practice. We believe that yoga should be a tool accessible to everybody and we go the extra mile to fulfill our mission.

Cancellation and refund policy

As mentioned in the terms and conditions, you accept that no refunds will be given if you purchase any program, class, event, or workshop.

Only instances of duplicate payment are eligible for refunds.

Drop-Ins

In the event that someone cancels or we don’t reach our maximum capacity, we could allow walk-ins.

We provide you the choice to fill someone else’s spot if you were unable to attend this term.

Since more yoga classes will be offered in the future, you won’t have to worry about 2023.

When to apply for the next term

This term functioned as a real experiment to determine the interest in yoga in the area. More classes and levels will be available in the upcoming term. 

We might hold a trial day on Saturday, January the 7th from 8.00 am to 9.00 am and 10.00 am to 11.00 am. To be confirmed. 

Additionally, term 1 will begin on January 9 and last for five weeks until February 11th.
